I stopped running and put on 20ish pounds. I think I'm going to start over and really stick to it. I NEED to take care of myself and I felt much better when I was running daily.

So wk 8 day 3 is done! I got a woo hoo moment with 2 minutes left and then with one minute left I kept thinking " don't stop don't stop!"

I've been slacking a bit. Didn't do my long run this weekend....at least not yet. I may feel guilty enough to do it later today. We'll see.

Got my 30 minutes in.

I have to get a tracker. I tried to activate it on my phone but it wasn't working so I just did the wk 9 of c25k app.

Glad I got it done! Need to do some yoga or something tonight.
