I went down another pound today, so I'm at 24 pounds! *Just one more until 25! *My "dream goal" was 130, and I'm at 133. *It's crazy to think that I'll actually get there!
*congrats on the loss! Training on the treadmill is harder I think. You will do great.

I am back to drinking more water, and my light and fit dannon greek yogurts. I am going to have a healthy choice frozen dinner. I need to find recipes so I can make my own foods, so I can consume less sodium. What are your favorite low calorie meals?

OH and I brought zumba to try out from my mom's. I think it is my sisters set..I want to see how it is and if I like it may just get my own. I also have Jillian Michaels 30 day shred coming tomorrow from netflix.
Great job! Your doing great

**welcome! You are doing great so far!

It's a 9 week program that you can find free many places (there's an app for it too) that starts you running with no prior experience (couch) *and trains you to be able to run a whole 5k gently and gradually. I started there too, and am glad I did. For me it was a challenge- I hated running but told myself I needed to do it. If I still hated running when I was finished, I could say I gave it a real try. But I grew to love running.
Great advice

Thanks for the warm welcome!
*that's what I do. I have 3 set up for this year already.

Told hubby not to get out the snowblower today so I could shovel the driveway instead. I might be sore tomorrow, but I'm glad I did it!

Down another .9 lbs. I'm the lowest I've been in who knows. Many many many years. Maybe 8-9 years?

Working on the kids science fair project. What a PITA. Not snacking! Yay.

My mom comes this month and I'm excited to show off!

So I double posted. Anyways. This science project is horrible. It is for he science fair. They expect even kindergadreners to do a 10 page paper. All types. So guess who gets to do it? Yup me.

But he has learned so much from doing it. In the end I am glad we are doing it.
