Re: 25 lb group?

Ok, we'll just have to remember that it is on the second page this month. Thanks for making that spreadsheet. It will be really nice.

Re: 25 lb group?

I weigh every day, which I know is pointless, but I just like to keep track of progress. I was 153.6 yesterday morning, which was the first time I have been in the 153s. We had lunch out after church yesterday, and I had a beer last night, and I was 154.0 today. I usually eat 1500 calories, and I ate about 100 calories over yesterday. So only up half a pound after a little splurge, but it is just frustrating to only eat 1600 calories, but still show a gain. I'm sure it is water weight, and hopefully with lots of water today, I can get back into the 153s (and lower) this week. I was 151 before my first pregnancy, so it will be exciting to get back down to that number!!

Totally bloat. You will lose it no problem.

I officially weighed in at 151 today. I ate completely crappy all weekend so hopefully I lose at least some of it quickly.
Starting 21 day fix today.

Re: 25 lb group?

I'm counting today's weight of 171.6 as my starting...I feel like I fluctuate so much day to day but that it is what it said today! I started with mfp yesterday but already have went over both days . I am still nursing my 12 month old so I'm trying to add 300 calories per day. I'll just see how this week goes and adjust from there!

I weigh every day but really only count Thursdays. Salt totally makes me gain

Ack!! Up to 155.0 today. AF arrived, so hopefully just water. Still disappointing to see the scale go up when I've been eating so well.

awww hugs. It's just AF bloat, it will go away once AF is gone. It is disheartening tho. I'm sorry.

Today was day 2 of 21 DF. So far so good. I tried doing the 3 day fix, where it helps you really lose some weight. Yeah, I quit LOL.
This is what the meal plan looks like:
B: oatmeal, egg whites
S: grilled chix, yams
L: fish, veggies
S: grilled chix, veggies
S: fish, veggies
D: Ground turkey, veggies

uhm, yeah no. I did well yesterday and weighed in at 148 this morning (from 151) but I just can't. I ate the breakfast, snack and lunch today. I gave up after that. I had a banana with some sunflower seeds and shreded coconut. OMG it was so good lol.
Dinner will be ground turkey and veggies as planned because I prepped all this food.
I haven't cheated on the overall diet, so that's good. Just couldn't sustain that stupid strict meal plan. I thought I could but I need fruit!
