I am definitely in again! This time I am completely and totally serious. No more gaining any weight! I would like to lose 20 lbs in 2 months.

OK, so my starting weight is officially 156.5lbs. I have 2 goals during this challenge. 1st is to be down to 140lbs by the time I do my 5k, that will be June 6th. After that my next goal is to get down to 130lbs by Mid July and to wear a 2 pc swimsuit at least once over the summer. YAY!!

I started being a little more careful about what I eat about 2 or 3 weeks ago. I started a 5k running clinic last Wednesday and have been running 5 days a week and will continue with that. Tuesday and Friday being my rest days. I'm going to start a clean eating program as well rather than try any of the diet plans out there like South Beach etc... I am going to grab a clean eating magazine and download the 1st week mealplan off the clean eating website. This is a good thing since my DH needs to eat clean as well and with summer coming up it is nice to eat lighter healthier foods. I don't have the craving for comfort foods....ie: bread, roast and gravy etc...

I signed in last night. Starting weight is 162 lbs. I'm doing C25K, I took a bit of a break with it last week and I'm getting back on board with it this week.

It's a magazine, but there is a ton if great info on the website too, lots of recipes etc... and if you just google clean eating you can find a lot more.

I downloaded the 1 week meal plan and am going to shop for that tonight or tomorrow.

i'm in.
i just signed up for WW online last week. tomorrow is my first weight check.
i'm 12 weeks post partum, breastfeeding, and have gained back all the weight I had began to lose after delivery + 2lbs. (
i was grazing horribly. i ate 1/2 a dozen donuts in one day (+ everything else i ate that day)... I had grown out of the clothes I just bought.. I haven't bought new clothes in 3 years (other than a few shirts and one dress for a christmas party), so actually breaking down & buying new clothes took A LOT for me... and now they're tight...
I was 175+ last week.
I'll be weighing in the a.m. (ok, it's the a.m. now.. but in a few hours after i go to bed & wake up. )

The only columns you should edit are the ones in grey and blue/green.
