I feel for ya, mama!! low supply, vasospasms, distractable baby, that was us a few months ago. All I can say is wear socks, sweaters, etc to keep warmer than normal so that the vasospasms aren't as bad. Keep as warm as possible. I didn't take any medication and now that DS is 6 months old the vasospasms stopped, I can't even remember when it happened, just one day I noticed it wasn't hurting anymore.
