Carseat POll

I am debating on two different seats and wondered what everyone is using the most and why.

Go with the True Fit. The Alpha Omega is a pain and doesn't harness as long. Plus, you can take that headrest off rear facing on the True Fit and it takes up less room. :-D

I voted other because I dont know anything about the Truefit and Im not a fan of the 3-in1s. We love our Evenflo Triumph Advance.

I don't like the 3 in 1s, the True Fit is really nice. It's plushy and super easy to install...and has lock-off's, my #1 requirement for a seat (I have an old subaru that's a pain to install anything in) If you get the Alpha Omega, be warned most kids outgrow the seat by height way before they're ready for a booster.

Cosco Alpha Omeg = horrible!

Between THOSE 2 I would get the True Fit!

I voted other, only because I am not super familiar with the True Fit. It's big and very plush, but that's all I know. I would go with ANYTHING else before an Alpha Omega. They are not worth the price tag, especially when a True Fit is only $20 more. The AO will not be the last seat you need and the false advertising irritates me more than anything. Cosco should be ashamed of themselves. They rope unsuspecting parents into thinking it's the be all end all and they end up using it incorrectly with the harness in the top notch.

I agree with staying away from the 3 in 1's. They are a pain to install are outgrown way to early and make crappy boosters. I voted True Fit but I didn't see the the "other" option. What about the Evenflo Triumph Advance? It's in the same price range and it harness to 35lbs rf'ing and 50lbs ff'ing.

I agree with all the PPs - stay away from 3-in-1s. The AO (and it's clones) makes a terrible booster seat and because the harness slots are so low, your LO will almost positively outgrow it forward facing before he is 40 lbs, which means you have to buy ANOTHER seat to keep him harnessed (plus, you want to harness past 40 lbs anyhow).

I voted "other" but the True Fit is a MUCH MUCH MUCH better seat than the AO.

Yes I agree. We got this seat for DD about a year ago, it's really difficult and well DS is in it now until we get our Marathon, but I hate it, I wish we would have just bought the Marathon to begin with.
