I started the 30 day plank one once but I was pregnant at the time and couldn't make it all the way through. Right now I can plank just under 2 minutes but I sure am shaking by the end!

I'm not sure I believe your 'running is fun' line. I did used to enjoy it, I ran track in high school but even then I had wicked shin splints that eventually made me give it up. Also it just sounds hard and hot lol.

Right now,running sounds absolutely miserable. Standing outside is more than I can handle today. I think the "fun" is in realizing the gains you've made. Run 1 mile? Sure, I can do that - I haven't tried, but I'm guessing I could even do that pregnant. But within a week or two you're running 6 miles in Saturdays, and that feels impressive. That's what I found fun. Crossing off the days and realizing that I can actually run 9 miles at a time and I never thought I could before.

Maybe I'll try running sometime. I have several friends who do it, and I bet I could get Natalie to do it with me.

I stopped the challenge for a few days, but am catching up now. I've not done today's, though. I'm into the 40 rep days. I have been tweaking them occasionally, but that's okay. I've hit my steps goal the last several days, as well, which is nice, and I've been out in the garden. Next week, after VBS, I'll get back into working out in the morning to start my day. Been working on my eating, as well. The last few days I've done well for 2 meals, not so great for snacks, and dinner has been iffy. Like, technically it's healthy, but it's not on the plan that I'm aiming for.
