Bambino Mio Trainers

I am wanting to get a couple pairs of trainers, just to hold those little accidents or those "haven't quite figured out what's going on yet" before a little leak. Anyone tried Bambino Mio trainers? They look like they'd be fairly trim and not have the training pant noise. they do have a waterproof backing to hold pee in. Sears now carries them, which means free shipping to the local pickup place. I don't have any local stores that have cloth trainers except Kushies brand at BRU, and the Bummis trainer with a bit of a drive, so that free shipping is worth a lot.
