Re: Smelly armpits

I use the deodorant crystal thing that is mineral salts. otherwise I stink....but I never use deodorant. When I used to use antiperspirants, my pits would stink SOOO much worse...like rank. lol. Now I'm pretty good...but the polyester shirts TOTALLY make a difference in smell. I am curious about what another poster said about exfoliation. Totally gonna try that.

I was just about to post about how to find a good all natural deodorant. Gonna go to the store and find some essential oil and make my own now. I'm excited. I really didn't want to go without a deo but I can get pretty smelly.

I made the coconut oil recipe that's someone posted on here and I sprinkle a little baby powder on top of it. Fantastic, no BO all day.

Re: Smelly armpits

I think it's much more of a problem with synthetic clothes and they do tend to hold on to the odor, even through the wash.

Thanks for reviving this thread. Debcita429 makes and sells a deodorant on Etsy now. I have gotten it several times and it works great!

Poly does not work for me as well! I use a inner cotton shirt with short sleeves when I wear poly. Also primal pitt paste works wonders for me

It makes me wonder why so much workout wear is poly. I know it wicks but it's also hot and smelly.
