She said she also doesn't recognize her photo.

And the awesome part: she said she'll keep my complaint on file with hr if the friend should ever try to apply for a job there.

A part of me feels bad. But if her life is ruined because she has to pursue a new career field, how many lives did she ruin by exacerbating the challenges of children?
Excellent update OP! Honestly someone who doesn't have the common sense to not publicly post something like this on the Internet, obviously doesn't have the common sense to be dispensing medications, or medical advice. She is blatantly ignoring hippa standards, although she probably missed that park of her education because she spent the class time on Facebook making fun of the professor. Whatever is coming to her is her own karma and she deserves it!

Re: Wow, people suck

couldn't agree more with pp.

you could not be more right! you are protecting people who need it.

she shouldn't be in a position to harm others- you don't have a thing to feel bad about (regarding your actions, that is)

Absolutely agree. If her life is ruined, it's her own fault. She shouldn't have been so uncompassionate to those children, not just for the sake of being a decent person, but also because what goes around comes around and she'll get it times three!

Don't feel bad. Hopefully she will learn something from this. Many people do not understand that posting online is not the same as having a quiet vent with a friend. Discretion has been lost because of FB and the like.

Not that what they did was acceptable, in any way... Just saying that people need to remember how far to take a vent and how to do it safely so as not to harm others.

Thank you, OP, for sticking up for countless children!

Or if the FB friend has said anything else about her going home early status.
