My Mood:
what can you keep down while nauseous?

Today I have literally only kept down some gummy bears and water. Great, right?
I'm miserable and am only just shy of 8 weeks.
Cooking anything makes me sick, and I'd usually get a sandwich, but the smell of bread is even turning my stomach. Crackers, pretzels, everything is making me sick.

With my first all I could eat were peanut butter and honey waffles and those cheese raviolis you find in the freezer (centenio ?)

This baby I ate a lot of honey nut chex and dove chocolate.

Re: what can you keep down while nauseous?

Ginger ale, ginger ale, ginger ale! I had hyperemesis with all three of my pregnancies and there were weeks when I had nothing but ginger ale. I've heard that spicy food upsets a lot of moms' stomachs, but I could handle curry really well.

nibbling on some McDonald's french fries worked for me...
you could try some lemon squeezed into water if you need more fluids

With my first pregnancy it was peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, graham crackers and Sierra mist. Ginger ale didn't sit well for me. This baby it's been whatever sounds good at that particular moment. Strangely spicy Pakistani ground beef with tomatoes and onions over rice has settled my tummy frequently???? I think because it doesn't taste like it smells and anything that has a strong odor and tastes like that odor turns my stomach still even at 20 weeks

My Mood:
Peanut butter toast. Ginger ale. And dried pineapple. Not at the same time though.

Green grapes or donuts. DD and I made daily dunkin donuts trips when I was pregnant with DS. She loved it.

PBJ when I was pregnant with DD. I remember filling out a questionnaire at my first OB appt that asked what I had eaten the day before...it was PBJ for every meal.

You are brave, OP. When I had nausea there's no way I would have been able to read through all the food mentioned in a thread like this!
