Hi ladies! Been disappointed with myself. I have been sick since the 21st and have been using it as an excuse to slack off. It's been hard to keep up on the house and laundry without adding in exsercise. Blah. Probably feeling worse emotionally cause af just arrived and the scale and my bloating are being mean.

Happy New Year!

I weighed this morning knowing I would see a gain - 154.4. Not bad but yikes!! My resolution is that this will be my heaviest day of 2013!!

Now that I have been losing/working for 6ish months I can't believe how much I notice these 5 pounds. It is unbelievable to me that a year ago I was 30 lbs heavier. Thank you Corienne for setting up this little support community! Sharing my journey and following all of yours is the ongoing motivation I have needed!

I updated the OP. LMK if I missed anyone.

I'm feeling much better today. Still a little sick though. I told myself I was going to do a little cleansing today and drink prune juice but with the diarrhea and puking already going on, I think I'm cleansing enough. I was also going to start eating clean again today, but all I really want is ramen.

Joining you ladies !

Starting /current 187.2 goal is 130.


This week will be a slow adjustment in don't have money til next Wednesday to go shoppping . So I will start doing some excercises this week and as of this morning have dropped coffee I like it with too much sweet creamer in it . I will try and eat the best I can with what I have this week

Dr.Oz always has some awesome stuff on his show. But it's always "THIS" is the way to go, but the next day it's something else. But I love the tips!

Woke up with a sore throat. NO FUN!
Gotta take my oldest shopping for pants!

My goal this month is NO fast food!
