Re: The New Turned GM**pic heavy**

I have to say the other week I received great CS from them...
they emailed me back the same day, apologized for the broken snap and said if I sent it back they would reimburse the shipping if I told them how much it was. I sent it back a few days later, emailed them and they reimbursed the shipping the same day..
out of all of them I have bought lately, i have had one snap fall off..an insert..

so maybe they have improved their customer service again!

for my niece, but the customer service there is nothing like it used to be, it takes about a week to get an email response (if I get one) and when I do, its either rude or defensive even if I am just asking to get a snap replaced that has fallen off etc. Plus the last few I bought around March of this year all had snaps falling off... they don't seem to check them before they go in the mail anymore.
I am glad I started sewing cloth diapers!

I am glad to hear that... I have NEVER had any issues with my GM's they have all been pretty perfect aside from some loose strings but its good to know the CS has improved incase I ever have an issue

Wow, I've had the exact opposite experience. I've had two diapers that had snaps fall off in the wash, and Heather was super sweet and helpful about the whole thing. Neither were bought from GM, and one of them has had more than one user.

Re: The New Turned GM**pic heavy**

I had a soaker in one of my gm's that wasn't completely sewn in one corner. I emailed them a picture and they sent me a new soaker for free. I didn't have to return anything or pay for anything.

In a daiper that is soo expensive, why are the snaps hidden? I won't buy a diaper that the maker didn't take a little extra time to cover the snaps.

This. It isn't an issue for my little one but my older daughter wears them for nap/bed still and the hip snap sockets dig into her side now. Hopefully I'll score more TIAN soon and won't have that issue.

My DD seems to be alergic to the snaps. Her skin peels off where the snap backs touch her.
