My 3 yo 30 lb dd is currently ff in a scenera but is quickly nearing the height limit.

My 5.5 yo 45 lb ds is currently ff in a nautilus.

My 8 yo 45 lb dd is currently in a hbb. She will not be moving to a low back booster because we have no head rests.

I was thinking of putting ds into a hbb and moving ydd into the nautilus. I'd this reasonable?

Re: Seat swap?

Absolutely, as long as your ds has no special needs that would warrant harnessing him for a longer time. Just make sure that he knows how important it is for him to sit still - no leaning over to pick up something he dropped, etc. Keep an eye on him to make sure he is getting the message, and maybe start with a few short rides before you take any long (several hours) rides with him boostered.
