Looked it up and looks like your 3rd row belts lock at the latch plate. Once you buckle, just pull until the lap portion of the belt is tight.

Yes, I was just reading that today actually. I played with it a little, with no seat buckled and wasnt sure how well it would work. I will have to wait until another day to try with a seat, it is way to hot and humid for this pregnant lady to be crawling around a car
