I shared a bed with my sister (2 years older) form when I moved out of mom and dad's room till she left for college. I think it is fine for as long as they are comfortable. Might depend on if they snuggle while they sleep or roll around and try to steal the whole bed.

Funny, all my kids have their own beds--but my 7&6 year old squish into their top bunk and my the twins squish on to their top bunk. Luckily they are all small LOL

My oldest occasionally states she wants her own bed, but you should hear her cry the few times I've tried to put her in bed without her younger sister. They love sharing a bed. I'm hoping that in another year, all 3 girls will enjoy the security and comfort of sharing a bed together.

I think they would fit. Myself, DP, our 4.5yr old and our 7month old fit in a king. DP and I are not tiny by any stretch of the imagination.

We regularly have one of these scenarios...

The three older kids in my daughter's queen size bed

The three older kids in my son's twin bed

Or the youngest two squished in my queen sized bed between my boyfriend and me.

Mind you, my kids are 9, almost 6, 3 (though he's the size of a 4 year old!) and 7 months. They're not exactly big kids, but they're not exactly little ones either. As long as everyone's happy, we're fine with it, but some nights it's funny to watch them figure out where there's room! It's even funnier when all three big kids crash out on the couch!

i think they would fit! our 5 1/2 yr old and 4 year old have their own beds but they end up on the bottom bunk every night and its a twin! Me, Dh, ds (2 1/2) and dd3 (7 months) all share a queen and we are comfy

Oh yes, they would fit fine. When I was little my brother, sister, and I shared a twin on a pretty regular basis just because we wanted to.

We have kids that share twin needs. . When in hotels, we have 5 that happily share king size. It's fun to them to be together and have sleepovers
