Pork Tenderloin help!!!

I have a pork tenderloin i need to cook. I cannot eat meat at all now, and the thought of cooking it makes me sick. But we need to eat it and they were BOGO so i bought 2
What is the best wayto cook it??? and can i get it done in less than an hour???

Hopefully someone will have another suggestion that will be cooked in an hour- but if you don't find one maybe you could use this tomorrow or for the second one

If you have a crock pot, it's really easy. I just put in a half cup of water put the pork loin in, put salt and pepper on it (just covered lightly), you could also add a bit of garlic if you'd like- cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours (or done depending on size of course) it will pull apart easily and be cooked all the way through when done.

We put it in tortillas- with a bit of cheese and salsa. We've also had it with rice or veggies...and it freezes well!

Where did you find BOGO I might have to check that out if we have it here

I love it grilled, marinated in teriaki sauce. Grill it til the meat thermometer reads 180.

You can always cut it into pork loin chops...that's what we usually do when we buy a whole pork loin. You can grill them like steaks...much quicker than cooking the whole thing.

This is my absolute favorite way to cook pork roasts. I don't see why you couldn't use it on a tenderloin. Just keep on eye on it since tenderloin cooks quicker. Best part, 5 minutes worth of prep and 1 hour tops for cooking.

Easy pork roasts

Another recipe though requires more "work" and probably not the best for your stomach..

Tenderloin (amount doesn't matter)
Milk (amount will vary depending on meat amounts)
Crisco (enough for a 1-2" amount in pan)

Take the tenderloin and cut it into thin cuts and then pound them into paper thin pieces using a meat mallot. You can skip the pounding though takes longer to cook. I usually put the pieces of meat between waxed paper to cut down on the mess.
On three separate containers (I use waxed paper for flour and breadcrumbs and a saucer for milk), put flour, milk and breadcrumbs. Throw away whatever is not used.
On medium/high heat, put a couple of spoonful of crisco to heat into large frying pan. Test with a little bit of breadcrumbs before placing meat in. Hotter is better since less fat is absorbed into meat.
Dip each piece of meat into the flour, then milk and then breadcrumbs and place into frying pan. Brown on both sides. If they are pounded, takes less than 4 minutes for both sides.
Serve with applesauce.

When I do a large amount, I usually line a cookie sheet with paper towels and preheat the oven on lowest setting. As they are fried, I place them onto the sheets and place in the oven. You can keep them in there for about 1 hour. This reheats okay in the microwave for next day.

For a 30 minute recipe, you can cook it whole in the oven for around 30 minutes on 425F.

I usually marinade with a premade marinade. Teriaki sause is great. You can also use a steak rub on it as well if you do not have time to marinade.
