What are your favorite cookie/pie/cake recipes?

Just curious. Please share if you can!

I've gotten into this baking craze lately but the only thing I've made so far is two batches of oatmeal cookies, so the kids are bored.

Oh yes! How could I forget about muffins?! The kids love those. So do I.

Honestly, I pretty much like anything. I have an enormous sweet tooth. I know that's awful but I really do limit these things until this time of year, and then I just figure... whatever, it's the holidays and the kids like helping me with this stuff.

Re: What are your favorite cookie/pie/cake recipes?

My kids love chocolate mousse and I have a great Recipe and an easy one! I recently put the mousse over a gramcracker pie crust that had hot fudge in the bottom!

One 14 oz can sweeten condensed milk
One regular size box of Chocolate Jello pudding mix
One cup water
One cup cool whip

In a mixer mix condensed milk and water together until mixed well. Add pudding. When all mixed together fold in cool whip. Place in a bowl, individual cups/remkins, or a pie crust and place in the fridge for 30 mins or until set up!! Enjoy!!!!!!!!

Plus you can add fruits like strawberries to it!!!!!! Can also be used for an ending dessert to a romantic evening!!!!!

If you want to see some of the recipes I like, you can click on my blog, then click on Recipe Index at the top. I have a dessert category, and there are muffins under the breakfast category.

I like to make "Banana Carrot Bread" from allrecipes.com in muffin form.

And also "Too Much Chocolate Cake"... yummy!
