Medical Coders

Hi all! I'm currently doing inpatient medical coding for a local hospital. We currently have 4 coders working for us remotely from home. My goal is to transition to home fairly close to my due date and continue working while taking care of baby. Just wondering how feasible this is and if anyone else has done it? My boss is very flexible and as long as our productivity stays on par, she doesn't care what hours we work. We have department meetings monthly I'd need to conference call into, but other than that I normally wouldn't be on the phone or having anyone else rely on me. It all sounds reasonable and doable in my head, but I may be being totally naive! Any input welcome!
