couponing

Okay, so I've been reading on here a lot about printing coupons. I decided to start looking around for some things I buy and see what I can find. But, it seems like to get coupons you have to sign up for a lot of different sites, which probably means a lot of junk mail, and I really don't want to do that. What sites do you all use to get the most coupons with the least junkmail? Any other tips would be nice too. I think I will try the grocery game someday, but I don't have the time now, plus she only has the list for one store in my area and it is not a store I shop at much.

thanks for any help!

Actually, all the sites I've printed on have a box to click if you do/don't want to get the newsletter.
I think many of the printable sites use your email to keep track of how many you have printed. I could be wrong, though. I know they can tell how many your computer has printed.

Re: couponing

Thanks for these sites. I've checked some out and I"m still finding that they want my address and such. I'd rather not give this as I've been working pretty hard to reduce my junk mail (paper snail mail kind) and I'm afraid they will start sending me stuff. I have a junk email address so I guess I'd feel a little better if that was all they wanted. Mostly I wish I could just get a bunch of coupons with no strings attached. I noticed some of these sites did have that though . . now I just need to find coupons for the stuff I want.
