Re: Back to back pregnancies without time for my period in between.. Is it safe?

Actually statisically most women who end up with a hysterectomy have either been on birth control for lengths of time of their fertile life and the big one have had their tubs tied.

I think this is also true for Mexican culture from what I heard (but theirs is for 40 days). I think that's equivalent to what you're describing!

Did you ever have any lower back pain or difficulty having your body heal having so many babies? Is eating healthily how you got your body back into a condition to have the next one so quickly (and I'm assuming with no complications)?

Seriously AMAZING!!
Actually yes it is also important to rest after baby as well. I wish I had know that with my first few. Now that I rest after baby is born and do not leave the house for 7 to 14 days, and most the first 7 days in bed, I heal very fast and post partum bleeding is super short now too.

Actually I feel way better now, with the change of diet and rest than I did after my 4th, 5th, and 6th babies.

I do have a weeker core, that I am now working on and love and wish I had known with my first, which is called Bounce Back Fast. I do have a super short torso, so with good size babies, it defiantly was hard on my core. Had I had that video it would have been different. But I use to have separated muscles which I no longer have. So pregnancy wise I feel great.

Re: Back to back pregnancies without time for my period in between.. Is it safe?

Traditionally AND scientifically, it's best to wait at least 18 months before conceiving again. Many studies have shown that babies who are born in very closely-spaced pregnancies have a higher risk of birth defects, attention disorders, autism, and autoimmune disorders. Of course most babies are born healthy, but this has been studied.
Most healthy cultures that have been studied practiced all kinds of birth control (including polygamy) so as not to space children closer than 2.5 years apart. From a nutritional standpoint this makes total sense, as it takes a LOT out of a mother to build an entire human being AND to feed it for any length of time.
