she is constantly holding the child. One advantage of a wrap is, to be handsfree.
This does not look like she could let go of her DD and reach for something in a supermarket or so....
I tried this hold yesterday with my 4 month old DD and she did fine. She has enough head control and she was secure. One thing I did notice though, was the Moby seemed to *stretch out* a little after a while and it started to feel loose. I would only use it for short increments.

I would only use it if I didn't need to be truly hands-free--if my hands were going to be available to catch a leaner, then it seems to be no problem. But otherwise...
