Hello! I am new here. Looking through the "Read Here Before Posting" section, I noticed that it has been over six years since any information there has been updated, especially the acronyms list. It is hard to know if any of the information is reliable. I think I have even more questions now than when I joined!

I always go back to them. They have fantastic customer service and I love my shoes.
