Yeah we decided to rent for the first year. I just wasnt excited about the stress of possible home repairs and all the other expenses that come with a new home right away.

We currently own a townhouse so renting one isnt that big of a deal. Itll be a similar set up to what we have now. Plus we will still have a pool which I wasnt ready to give up lol. Yall send some good thoughts our way though because we commited sight unseen. Weve only seen pictures.

We take possession mid April right after the boys and I get back from vacation!

I am just so relieved to have this figured out before DH leaves Sunday.

Is there something else I can use as a doubler that doesn't make it super bulky? Is there a comparable fitted that doesn't need a doubler added? It would be cheaper to buy more doublers than to buy new diapers though....
Preemie prefolds just get wonky I think which makes them seem more bulky than they should be. Do you have any ME doublers? They are flat and would probably do what you need.

You could borrow the crickett doublers. I used to use some bamboo/hemp doublers from my baby beehinds when I needed doublers because those things were amazing.

What are you getting? And why are you scared?

Hopefully it goes well! I would be terrified to do that sight unseen.

We have seen pictures and there will be fresh paint, new carpet, vinyl, and appliances before we move in. A huge plus was the property manager was beyond kind. Something about an excellent customer service makes me so pleased and eager to do business with them.

I'm scared because it's a 2018 Traverse! Should I really be able to buy a new vehicle? That doesn't seem right. It's just a big change. It's also smaller. I put my car seats in one last summer. The current year is actually bigger on the inside. I just have to check this one in person and have them appraise my vehicle. Fingers crossed that they can bring it to me.

Wow... The dealership is bringing it to your house? Are you trading in your old car? We are in car hunting mode as well, but haven't been able to find what we want locally, so dh will probably have to fly and drive it home. But, not new. Probably a 2016. And it's a big van. He really wants a ford transit. I'm coming around to the idea.
