My ds nursed for 3 years, but we quit nursing LAST JANUARY. That is a year and almost five months. I can still squeeze my nipples and get a little milk and oily stuff out. Sometimes they kind of tingle like when I had a let down, and are irritating until I do squeeze them. Not alot comes out., but still!

wet bags, snack bags, super hero capes, dino tails, tutus ,crayon rolls, tote bags, cloth diaper key chains, kid's aprons, car roll ups, and much more!

Re: How long am I still going to produce milk/ collestrum/ whatever

My mom, who did not breastfeed me, said it took her nearly two years before she stopped producing any milk.
I am sure it has to do with hormone balances.

Could be an issue with high prolactin. You can get blood work to find out and if it is high get meds to lower it. This will take care of the milk issue. I know I also got this when my thyroid was off.
