A great idea

I recently saw these baby pants and I thought it was such a good idea to have pant cuffs that fold over just like mitten cuffs on a newborn onesie. That way, you can have the benefits of footie pants (hooray for not worrying about socks falling off!), but then when the baby gets taller, you can still use them!

It seems like it should be easy enough to replicate this on a pair of fleece longies, what do you all think? It will take me some thinking as to how to set it up unless someone already knows how.

Also, I'm trying to figure out the best way to set up the inseam. Like, if I was going to so small regular longies with a 7" inseam...should I make a 6" inseam with a 2" cuff or what?

Who else is interested in trying this? What do you think about the measurements?

Re: A great idea

I've been trying to figure out a way to do this myself. If you figure something out, I'd love to see.

I was thinking this not too long ago with knitted longies. I tried doing it one way and figured it wouldn't work, so I'm going to try something else now. They would help keep baby socks on too.

Using my DS app, please excuse the lack of proofreading.
