It's that time of year, cucumbers are overwhelming my kitchen. Anyone have a good pickle recipe they use for canning/jarring for the pantry? Thanks!

I'm a fairly new canner, but I have done pickles a few times now. I do bread & butter pickles, and I use the recipe from here- it's page 12 of this PDF. http://extension.oregonstate.edu/catalog/pdf/pnw/pnw355.pdf

I use the lower temperature pasteurization, and skip the firmer pickles variation. They are delicious!!! This picture was them just before canning them (I only made a half batch).
