Re: Anyone have high HCG levels and end up with a singleton?

@My Tree grows. Not feeling bad about the possibility of one baby or two. I was feeling bad because of the MS and wanted to see if anyone else had a similar experience. I am STILL having morning sickness all day every day and although I'm eating very healthily and puked only once I've lost 13lbs.

I had a miscarriage last year and the dr suspected I miscarried twins and it messed me up. I felt pregnant and went to see a midwife she drew blood and said I wasn't pregnant, then in terrible pain went to the hospital where they drew blood, took urine samples and ultrasound and came back with not pregnant. In the mean time I'm in pain and bleeding for close to 3 months when I passed what looked like an organ. My ob then ran some additional test and told me I was pregnant and subsequent tests showed my numbers going down.

based on the numbers she suspects I was 3 months along. All in all I miscarried the first twin for a month and a half had 2 weeks of normal then another month and a half of bleeding and the rest came out. All in all my ordeal lasted close to 6 months and it felt like I was trapped in a body that was laboring for that long. I don't wish it on anyone.

So this time around I was told I was pregnant and I just couldn't 'feel' it. Even though I was very sick so I assumed its was probably food poisoning.

I am happy we are expecting but I just feel miserable with the morning sickness and nausea.
