Appointment update

I haven't gained any weight since my last appointment. My blood pressure was good. I asked for some ideas to start my labor and she suggested the following:
Evening Primrose Oil 500mg Softgels
2 softgels in the morning by mouth
2 in the evening by mouth
2 inserted near my cervix at bedtime just make two little wholes in them before inserting.

Also she gave me a 2 day Remedy to try as well:
Day 1:
Caulophyllum 30c
2 pellets under tongue hourly 8x in one day

Day 2:
Cimicifuga 30c
2 pellets under tongue hourly 8x in one day

She gave me the little pellets. I am going to try all and see if anything helps. I have also been drinking Raspberry leaf tea for 3 months now. She didn't check for dialtion because she said it wasn't necessary unless I was having real cramping. She didn't have my Group B strep test back yet so she will call me. She also said to BD as much as possible. i don't know how much of that I can handle right now LOL. She also said i can try nipple stimulating by pumping.

I have my next appointment on 07/07 I hope he will come by then.

Re: Appointment update

Wow! Sounds like a great midwife! Good luck for the graceful delivery of your little one! Oh yeah, long walks brought it on for me.
