My Mood:
My second time at the gym since being pg. Did 2 brisk miles on treadmill, 40 mins with weights then body flow. I'm surprised that I'm not as bbv ad as shape as I thought I'd be. Still about 55 lbs heavier than pre pregnancy weight

My knee is killing me, especially at night. How do you know when it's time to get an injury checked out? I think I might need a more neutral running shoe. Right now I am in adrenaline's, and I'm thinking try are causing me to run on the outside of my feet.

I tend to avoid the doctor since my insurance stinks but if you are still dealing with pain then it is probably a good idea to get it checked out.

Also, a lot of knee problems come from muscle imbalance. So make sure you are strengthening your quads, hamstrings, hips, glutes and core.
