toddler shuts the door but can't open it. I need solutions to keep it from latching

DD loves shutting doors, but can't open them when they latch so then I have to rescue her from which ever room she is stuck in. It's funny at first, but after dozens of times an hour, it gets really old! We have 4 internal doors she does this with, all of these doors shut at night or throughout the day (like the bathroom).

I need a way to keep them from latching when she tries to shut the door, but something I can undo easily so it will latch again. And quietly preferably. Right now I have been hanging a shirt on the top of the door. But I have to get it JUST right or it will still shut with the shirt up there. Any other ideas?

Tape. Like duct tape. Not clear tape. Tape the thingie on the side that goes in the hole in so that it doesn't latch. It can be peeled off when needed.

We have the little brown wedge things and they work really well (we have the same issue - its normal). We also have some door knob covers and baby gates. We gate off some of the rooms to make sure its not an issue. And, just to be safer we have some of those foam things too (paranoid mom here).

I saw on Pinterest someone tied a ribbon around one door knob, took it around over the latch, and tied it to the other knob.

How about a "door bumper"?

http://www.etsy.com/shop/armommy?section_id=6929410

I saw it first on this blog, you can see it on a door a few photos down:

We just stuck child locks on the doors and keep them shut. Much easier, and it keeps them out of places they shouldnt' be. That door bumper looks like a great solution for their own room or a play room though.

I'd tape the little thingy down on the door knob so it can't click shut if you can leave the door open...
But if you want it closed I'd use the door bumpers.

I was totally going to suggest the ribbon thing. You can quickly undo it if you need to latch the door for yourself like in the bathroom and retie it later. and it's cute and quiet
