My Mood:
damage to inserts?

Ok I have been tumble drying my inserts (my machine has a cotton setting which is the hot setting and then a cooler synthetic setting) I have been using the cotton setting but i noticed that a couple of them are coming apart at the seams (not the actual stitching but where the material meets the stitching...if that makes sense?) I mainly use CB inserts and noticed it on a couple of them but then i also noticed it on one of my new bamboo inserts which im sending back to the company and they have sent me a repalcement...

Also a couple of the snaps on the CB inserts have come off?

So my questions is why is this happening? Could it be that the cotton setting is too hot or is this just what happens? I have around 40 CB inserts in rotation and 10 bamboo boosters...
