Re: August Buddha Bellies ~ Tuesday, February 17th

Nicole-I'm so glad to see you on here! Hope everything continues to go well with baby and that you take care as well. As for your question about baby's sex...we are calling the baby a boy until we find out, but I actually think she's a girl. We should know the answer the first week of April. If she is a girl...I'm going to need hairbows!

Nicole I love your burpies!! And the hair bows!! Too bad my 2 1/2 year old has super fine hair! I don't think anything will stay in it! I am off to get some burpies!

I updated my thread about the pain that I have been having and what my OB said if anyone is interested. Don't know much except that the baby is good and I have to be on coach potato rest for 2 weeks!!

Hadley, did ya'll get hit w/ the ice storm? Mom and dad still live in my hometown of owensboro and they were w/o power and lost part of their roof and fencing do the ice. They didn't have power for almost 2 weeks. I hope you didn't have to endure all that nonsense.

Hey ladies,
I'm sorry that I can't do everyones personals right now...

Just wanted to say, welcome back Nicole! I was thinking about you the other day and wondering where you were at! Glad to hear that all is *mostly* well.

Hadley, I did hypnobirthing with Ethan. It was amazing. I didn't get all the way to the pushing part (complications) but my entire 24 hour labour I would do again in a heartbeat. The method really really does work! I'm using it for this next one too.

AFM: I finally gave in and got Ethan's hair cut this morning. I didn't go super short with it, he still has lots of wave but the curls are pretty much gone.
I had something lovely and profound to tell you all, but this baby has eaten my brain.
If I think of it, I'll be back...

Re: August Buddha Bellies ~ Tuesday, February 17th

hey ladies!

sorry to hear about the tummy bug Shaina and I hope you feel better soon!

Siobhan-I have really low bp too. I get dizzy easily and my arms and legs fall asleep if I don't move around frequently. I haven't figured out how to control it either.

Heather-glad the cereal is helping! I love Chex

jeddings- when we lived in IL, someone in our neighborhood had a flippin' ROOSTER and the stupid thing would crow at the butt crack of dawn. since I worked second shift, I was not thrilled to hear it out my window just a few hours after going to sleep. don't get me wrong, I love chickens and wish I could have laying hens but the rooster was just too much

Nicole-hope everything goes well! sorry this has been a rough pregnancy for you

afm-nothing exciting. 14wks today and we still haven't told our family I know, I know. I REALLY need to. but dang it, I feel like such a chicken! I just so don't want the drama of it all. still feeling slightly ill. I look forward to that 24wk mark when it goes away
