Good morning mamas!! How are we today?

I am doing well ~ starving! Is seems like the night I eat right before bed, I wake up starving! The nights that I eat dinner at 5 or 6, and don't snack the rest of the night, I could make it to lunch time with out eating.

Today we have to take dss#2 to school, then hit walmart for a birthday gift, then we have a picnic at dd's school. Tonight we have a 5 yr old bday party.

Good morning Mamas.

I hope everyone is good today. I can't wait for this week to be over with. My back started killing me yesterday. I don't know if it's the chair I sit in all day or the baby has moved.

Morning ladies!

Shaina, I'm the same way. If I eat before bed I wake up STARVING! I hope you feel better after you eat!

Audrey, sorry you are hurting! I'm starting to feel pains I didn't feel with my first. I'm hoping I can last another 10 weeks!

AFM: I'm exhausted today. I woke up before 6 and finally got up at 6:30, at which time Ethan thought it would be fun to get up too. Not so much. He cried and whined. The terrible twos are here I think. He asked for his soother a few minutes ago so I popped him back into bed. Haven't heard a peep from him since! LOL!
I have a m/w appt this morning. I'll let you know how it goes! I love appt's and I'm especially looking forward to this one because she is going to give me the results of some bloodwork I had done awhile back!

Have a great day!!

Good morning ladies! I too am also looking forward to this week being over! I woke up with incredibly sore hips and a horrible charlie horse, which i have been getting quite a few of those here recently. But this one was miserable - it wasn't going away!!! Unfair. Now it hurts to walk on that leg. Hope everyone's day is as pleasant as mine hasn't been so far. Our cat hasn't shut up since we woke up. Its like we have our own live music box.

Good morning!
Shaina, sounds like you have a busy day ahead of you, have fun!

Elaine, keep us posted on your appt! And welcome to the terrible twos!

Sara- I have the same pains, every night. I think the only cure is to just not be preggo anymore. I talked to my Dr yesterday about the hip pain, and he said "well do you have any other pains that arent normal pregnancy pains?"
fine. I'll get over it!

AFM: had another u/s yesterday to check on growth and the omphalocele. He's growing good, and the O hasnt changed, which is good I guess in that nothing new is inside of it. Discussed my/Bennetts heart echo tomorrow, and my C-section...
Some days, I cant believe I'm going to have a c-section, but it makes the most sense. No risk of rupturing the O, the Ped surgeons and neonatologist can be scheduled to be there as opposed to a spontaneous birth. The Dr did say I *could* have a vaginal birth, but would recommend having a c-section.

Re: August Buddha Bellies ~ Thursday, May 21st

Sorry to hear everyone is feeling so horrible!

Kim-- I don't even want to think about kids/babies growing up. It makes me want to cry, and he's not even hear yet to be really growing up!

AFM: We had our baby class again last night. The topic was medical interventions...scary enough. Then towards the end of class after watching a c-section animation, one of the ladies in class passed out, but, honestly, I think it looked like a seizure. That was more scary to me than anything else we talked about, and I hate medical stuff. I'm feeling great physically, but I am SO burned out at work that I can't stand it. I need a break SO bad, but I can't take time off b/c I need it to be able to be paid longer for maternity leave...unless DH gets hired for a full-time teaching position, but we won't know that for a little while still.

We've got another baby class tonight. This one teaches saftey, CPR, etc. I bet a lot of it we already know (like the prepared childbirth one), but it's good to hear it over and over. We're getting it drilled in. Funny...DH leaned over to me last night in class after one of the parents asked a question and said, "I'm so glad we've already talked about all this stuff."

Have a great day mamas. Hope everyone gets to feeling better!
