HOD/Building with diligence worksheets and test? - Cloth Diapers & Parenting Community

I just recieved dd1s material from hod. I ordered biulding with diligence 4. I assumed the worksheets amd test would be included, however they are not. I cant find anywhere to order them from :/ Ive looked on hod site, in the catalog they sent and even googled them.....How do I get the worksheets and tests?!
