Based on my pre-prego weight I've gained 11 lbs., but I lost 6 lbs in the beginning before I my first dr visit so according to what I weighed the first time I came to the dr I've gained 17 lbs.

I am 32 weeks. I am only 5 lbs away from my heaviest weight ever :/ I gained 9 lbs in 2 weeks, and midwife can see the swelling and thinks its mostly water weight. My BP has gone up but is still only 124/80, so she said don't eat anything processed, canned, or frozen, and to add lemon to my water. The problem is, I haven't been eating anything like that more than 1-2x/week. Just having a pity party The weight gain aspect doesn't usually bother me, but I think I'm up 35-40lbs now, and well, it's starting to bother me

Knowing it's a good bit of it is fluid is a bit of a relief. Then again, fluid = uncomfortable/painful swelling for me. Pity party away! I'm going to the chat thread to whine myself.

Re: The weight gain thread

I'm 32 weeks now and up 34 pounds. Hoping to keep it under a 40 pound gain. I will only be going 5 more weeks so that should be doable!

Week 37.5 and I'm up 34-35 lbs now *tear* I guess it's not bad for being on bed rest two months. But I still feel disappointed. I ate mostly paleo/low carb, rarely gave into cravings! And I had morning sickness until 15 weeks oh well. I did my best!

Re: The weight gain thread

35 weeks now and up 33 pounds... that's down a pound from 3 weeks ago because I had a nasty case of food poisoning 2 weeks ago and lost several pounds. Glad I had some extra fluff to spare!

Im up 42 lbs. It's weird since I'm not swollen and while big, I don't feel HUGE.
