Diaper Buy Back?

I saw that http://www.earthangelsdiaperco.com has a "cash for your stash" program... I have 2 XL FBs that have been sitting on FSOT forEVER. Has anyone done this program? It seems like a good deal- I have had my FBs listed cheap and I just can't go down any further with them, kwim?

How funny...I just mentioned this program in another post somewhere. I was psyched to be able to trade in and get some of the great stuff she's selling. Her site is so neat...there's so much great stuff on it!

Re: Diaper Buy Back?

Hey, thanks for asking. You know that I know that you know that we have a great FSOT here, lol, but I thought that offering a buy back program would be a great way for customers to get store credit or cash towards something they want but can't get enough funds to buy, hopefully from me.

So far my idea has helped encourage a lot of newbies to try cloth diapers because they see that they can trade them back in or sell them back to me if they decide they didn't work out.

Recently, a customer purchased some pre-folds and thirsties covers, she had never cd'd before. She contacted me a week or two later and said pre-folds weren't for her but she'd like to trade them in for store credit towards the purchase of DryBee's. It worked out perfectly.

Generally my store credit offers are more than my cash offers. Email me pics and I'll let you know if I'm interested.

Thanks, Julie

Oh man! I wish there was something like that before my DS got potty trained! (Why do I still hang around DS?? I'm hoping for #2 - just need to convince DH.)

No, it doesn't have to be something I sell or something purchased from me.

Julie - does it have to be something originally bought from your store. In other words, would you take a brand of diaper that you don't already carry in your store?
