Re: What Can I Eat?

I second the previous posters, just eat what you want but really observe and watch how baby reacts to it. I could eat anything but popcorn, for some reason that gave DD horrible gas.

Re: What Can I Eat?

It is unlikely that what you're eating is causing your child's gassiness. But, if you want to try to eliminate things, you need to do it one at a time. If you avoid a big sweeping number of things, you won't know what the culprit was even if your child does stop having gas problems.
