Re: The 25lb Challenge October thread

I am stalled... was 153.4 today. Not sure what the deal is, but I am just going to keep eating healthy and hope my body catches on soon.

I would be satisfied with 135, but woudl idealistically like 125-130 if I can. I have always been really tiny all my life untill I had my last 3 kiddos.

I wana say your losing a realistic amount for your current weight. Between .5-1 lb a week is good. You want it to come off slow that means you'll keep it off.

Re: The 25lb Challenge October thread

yesterday was weird, I ate a normal breakfast then dh came home and we got takeout. What I ordered was fine (tacos) but then either I didn't say "diet" on the soda or she screwed it up, I dunno. I drank about half of it b/c I was thirsty and about an hour after I ate I had a really bad hypoglycemic attack. WTH?! So more sugary drink so that I would stop shivering and a small piece of chicken so that wouldn't lead me into another crash. Seriously what is wrong with me? Gah. Didn't feel good the rest of the day (nauseous) so I ate a greek yogurt for dinner and another piece of chicken later on when I did get a little hungry. I walked 2 miles on the treadmill.

Does anyone else get these? I know I've had them a couple times before but never this bad. Feel like I may have lost a little bit, I might cave and go get a battery for my scale today.
