I held myself to two taquitos today. I'm having a much better stretch. Also, midday I wasn't even up past 180 so that's good news for me .
This group is so helpful to me! Just having some accountability and someone to check in with helps a ton!!!

No big loss yet ladies.
But I'm hoping with the start of running/insanity and balancing school, sewing, and most important my LO, I will get it together!!!

Just a bit of nursing trivia on the constipation:

Constipation is the only side effect of pain meds that never goes away regardless of how long someone is on pain medication.

Miralax is the only nonhabit (as in the bowel does not become dependent on it) laxative. It is an osmotic stool softener. It pulls water to the colon to soften the material.

I want to join. I'm 5'2" and really want to loose weight but I can never find motivation. Hopefully this thread helps.

Oh yea! One will have vascular spasm (headache) when accustomed to caffeine and miss the "dose". Ironically, w or wo a caffeine history we actually give caffeine pills for migraines. Excedrin has caffeine and we also use narcotics w caffeine. There is a preventive pill called Cafergot, yup, caffeine

Yep midrin has caffein in it I believe. That's what I take for my migraines it's not a well known one but its the only one that works.

I have a few stall weights, do not feel bad, just keep working hard and you will get past it.

I am down only 0.1 lb but it is a loss. Especially suprised after eating nuts last night with salt. I am 150.5 today.
