Same here! Specifically the crotch buckle placement and size. My son is a bulky kind of guy, and he's got a big bubble butt, so I'd want to know it would fit well. My 5 year old daughter could probably still fit in our OnBoard infant seat if not for height! Now I feel like I should try that for laughs.

Subbing. I've pretty much decided on this seat when we turn DD FFing. We drive a Camry and need a narrow seat because we're hoping for baby #2 this year

Re: Cheap combination alternative to Radian
Subbing as ds is going to outgrow his Britax soon...but the crotch strap is a problem now...wondering if this will be the same!

Re: Cheap combination alternative to Radian
I got the same response, which I think is a little ridiculous considering all the other seats on the market with reasonable length crotch straps.

I bought one yesterday with tax money
I really like it! DD has almost outgrown her Scenera RFing and I didn't really want to use it FFing. I used it FFing in DH's truck (before we sold it) and the harness was always hard to tighten. Anyway. I love that this harnesses to 65 lbs and goes so tall. Here's a pic. DD is 2.5yo, about 30 lbs and 36 in. The headrest is one click up from the lowest. The short crotch strap doesn't bother me much but it is hard to get to the button, I probably won't use the crotch pad thing. Sent from my iPhone using DS Forum
