My daycare is fine with Aplix flips and pad folded flats ready to go. Those are my back ups if I don't get laundry done in time.

But my 4 month old is the 3rd cloth diapered baby she has had in the last 2 years so she is very comfortable with cloth.

if daycare is ok with cover/prefold/flats then keep doing that. Otherwise I'd recommend an all in one or already stuffed pocket.

I'd use the simplest diaper possible for daycare. Other wise they will probably make you switch back to disposables. I'd use a pocket trainer pre-stuffed or something with Velcro. If it were me, I'd buy a couple of either Gro-Via trainers, Super Undies pocket trainers, or Kawaii Velcro Diapers (which may not fit) to send to daycare.
