OH didnt know that. After all this time too. I guess that is why I hate putting dd in her carseat with he coat on. In a few months wont have to worry, if we pcs to arizona. woohoo

Fleece jackets are great for car seats. Both of my nephews have Carters fleece jackets. Fleece is very warm and doesn't compress. For myself, I just have a Columbia fleece jacket. When it was really cold, I wore my puffy ski jacket to the car and then took it off when I got in. For babies, fleece snow "suits" with leggs work very well.
