I see that PayPal verification requires a credit card which I do not have (and do not want). From what I understand, this eliminates me from selling here, but does this also mean I cannot purchase? I'm not a big buyer/seller, so I don't anticipate doing it much, but it would be nice to have the option. Am I totally out of luck?

Paypal verified me by my bank account. They deposited 2 small amounts into my account and I had to verify what those amounts were. It was less than 5¢ total.

I was first verified by paypal back in 2008 by my bank account also. You can also verify by debit card if it has a visa logo.
I recently traded with someone on here that didn't have paypal.
