Joey Bunz Pocket Fitteds or other Pocket Fitteds as pullup?

So trying to figure out what to size up to for our nighttime fitted. I'm actually trying to transition DD over to pullup style diapers (todays our first day really). The large sandys are working fine for the day but at night I use them with 2 inserts and the rise is getting short with the inserts in them. If I were to use a fitted at night, I figured it should be a pocket fitted (or a guess I quality fitted that doesn't need inserts. I was thinking of the Toddle ease fitted until I started thinking pull ups, pullups don't really work with insets laid in.

I've toyed with getting an joey bunz quite a bit but never tried one, anyone tried one as a pull up?
