Oatmeal, oatmeal, oatmeal...every morning for breakfast (and sometimes for dinner if I don't feel like cooking) will help with supply. Also be sure to avoid milk inhibiting foods like sage, peppermint and others. check kellymom.com for other foods.

My advice is get a good stash. I wish I had problems with engorgement. I did have a clogged duct once which wasnt nice. That was the only time I actually got some milk out though.

I have major low supply issues
