I guess I didn't think that all the way through. When just getting started, you will have to wait for the second 3-check-month to come around before you feel like you have a bonus check (so in your case, September). You'll get there though, I promise!

Somehow I feel that our paychecks are always going to pay bills all year long and dh is on bi monthly payments (from weekly 2 years ago) and I'm on bi weekly. We have been working for BIL 1-2 saturday's a month that money has been our fun money.

Things are looking better! We were switched to biweekly in February and it will be June before our first 3 check month. We have tightened the belt even more and worked hard to stick to a monthly budget even with biweekly pay. Looking ahead, June seems to truly give us an "extra" check for us to throw to debt. Thanks for the help ladies!
