Those look awesome! I'm having trouble deciding what to put on the menu for next week!

Re: Chinese take out at home?

I'm making a store run today and I'm thinking of doing chow mein and then shrimp no fry spring rolls (brush with oil bake till crispy)later in the week to use up the cabbage. I load my chow mein with veggies and do the spring rolls usually with veggie fried rice and salad with ginger dressing(annies sesame ginger).

Depending on beef sales I might do broccoli beef and serve that with leftover chow mein and fried rice.

For my spring rolls I mix Mae ploy sweet chili sauce with a few drops sriracha. The kids like spice otherwise just the sweet chili is perfect.
