Zumba!

I have sure been enjoying it, though I can't hit all the movements spot on anymore and I am definitely feeling slower week by week, I love being out there shak'n it (it puts a smile on my face because I know I must be a funny site).



Any other ladies out there taking zumba?

I was before I got pregnant. I didn't the gym was a place for pregnant mama's bc their is a lot of stuff to possibly get hurt on?? I don't know.... I don't even know why I thought that.. lol Is it safe to do a lot of exorcising during pregnancy? If so, I need to get back into my gym ASAP!!!! lol

Yea, it's safe to continue what you were doing pre-pregnancy. As long as you're not talking about really high risk stuff. Zumba and aerobics and running and swimming and some weights are fine.

Exactly as emilythestrange said. Just don't over exert yourself if you feel out of breath take a break and drink water until ready and no jumping up and down.
