Tucks Witch Hazel pads, put them in the fridge and use them when ya gotta wipe.. FEELS SO GOOD!

Also my Mom made up a water mix with herbs to sit in felt so good and helped with the healing sits baths are great. And I washed with water and an iodin mix instand of using TP to wipe for the first few days

Ibuprofen lol, tucks witch hazel pads, the earth mama angel baby bottom spray was also very soothing and a great gift idea as it can be used as a facial toner once recovered. Also frozen meals from friends and family so mama can rest haha

I make a strong tea out of comfrey leaves and lavender essential oil and then pour a little onto postpartum pads and then freeze them. Super soothing and healing in the first 48 hours or more after birth!
Also, Earth Mama Angel Baby mama bottom spray and salve. Amazing!
Lots of food and easy snacks.
Depends for the first few days.
Wishgarden Afterease tincture for afterbirth pains.
